Tourism Food Precinct

Located on the main approach to Hervey Bay’s CBD, the Tourism Food Precinct is home to a range of food processors, taking advantage of some 1.3 million visitors to the region each year.

To further capitalise on tourist visitors, the precinct, offers 6-hectares of opportunities, and is also home to the city’s main Visitor Information Centre.

The Precinct’s current tenants utilise door sales type operations.
